Cancellations and refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly fees are not refunded for partly used months.
• Deal evaluations and PPSR checks are delivered immediately and are not refundable once run.
• If you are charged in error — for example, twice for the same month — contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under that law.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
