Questions
Where do the listings come from?+
CarHawk looks at publicly advertised private listings on Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree and Carsales, works out what each car is worth, and links you to the original ad. You deal with the seller directly.
How is market value worked out?+
From cars of the same make, model and badge currently advertised, closest in kilometres, excluding any that mention damage or mechanical problems. Wholesale is market less the greater of $1,500 or 20% (up to $8,000).
What's the difference between the plans?+
Scanner and Dealer get alerts 15 minutes after a car lists; Dealer Pro gets them the instant CarHawk finds them, plus more alerts, searches, evaluations and team seats.
Can I cancel?+
